These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TreeNav, a Shopify application provided by CODELAB Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using TreeNav, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

TreeNav is a Shopify application that enables merchants to create hierarchical navigation structures for their collections. You may use TreeNav only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account and Access

To use TreeNav, you must have an active Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

TreeNav is offered as a subscription service billed through Shopify. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin.

4. Intellectual Property

TreeNav and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Codelab Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of TreeNav is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TreeNav, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODELAB Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use TreeNav.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TreeNav is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that TreeNav will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of TreeNav after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to TreeNav immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use TreeNav will immediately cease.
